I think I can make connection to Choosing Shoes because sometimes I have trouble choosing my shoes.

I think that Choosing Shoes has better poets craft because it is funny.
The Eagle is a peaceful poem then it jumps out at you like a lion, but it is a very nice poem.

I can make a connection with "Life Does't Frighten Me" because I can be scared of things and still am. I think that the poet kinda said where he was scared of them, but had a way to not be.

I put my vote out to "Life Doesn't Frighten Me" because the poet (and pets craft) is very well thought out and knows how to get to the reader. I think the thing that I like a lot about would have to be that it talks about interesting things that the poet is afraid of.
I had a connection with Life Doesn't Frighten Me. I have a connection with this poem because I can really relate to the person who is saying the poem because I say that I'm not afraid of ghost the dark, or wired noises and lots of other stuff. I always say I'm not scared when the whole time I'm scared more than ever.

I have a connection with Life Doesn't Frighten Me, because sometomes in life you have to not be scared and power through like my dad who broke his shoulder. They had to put a medal plate in there, but he didn't panick.

The first poem, The Eagle was more meaningful to me because it talks about an eagle soaring and being independent on its own.

I like Life Doesn't Frighten Me more than the Eagle because it rhymes better, and because I like how the repetition is they keep saying, Life Doesn't Frighten Me at all.
I choose the Castle in the Fire because it has a happy ending that makes me feel satisfied instead of feeling like it was worth nothing.
ReplyDeleteThe next reason I chose The Castle in the Fire was because I could make a connection from a book called Ink Spell. It also talked about a fire-eater called Dust-finger and a bot named Farid that rescue's Meggie's father from the Adder-head's castle.
It used ABCB as it's rhyme scheme.

The poem, Life Doesn't Frighten Me means more to me because life is scary, but fear comes from your head. Even though there are many scary things in the world we have to set them aside and keep on going.

My favorite poets craft in Life Doesn't Frighten Me is the rhyming because I like how all the fears rhyme, and how the poet comes up with all of the fears.
I have a connection with The Eagle, I was in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. There is a lot of animals there. I was on a boat when I saw an eagle eating fish calm and relaxed,but then my brother scared the eagle off and it's wings were big and graceful like a lightening bolt he zoomed across the sky.
