The first poem, Life does not Frighten Me, Is about a kid who explains that lions,dragons,and stuff do not frighten him.

In my opinion Life Does Not Frighten Me Is the winner. I picked this poem, because I like the imagery. I also picked this poem, because they did a good job describing all the things that might scare kids at night.
Do you carrot all for me is about a guy who is asking a another person if they care at all for him.

I choose The Castle in the Fire because I like it's rhyme scheme. I also like it because I like stories and this poem is sort of like a story.
The poem, Do you carrot all for me?, is about someone asking a peach if he cares at all for him. The Castle in the Fire was about people watching a dragon and then a knight killed the dragon and rode away with the lady. I choose the poem, Do you carrot all for me?, because I thought it was funny and a little bit strange. It had no rhyme to it so it could of been more fun if it did but over all I thought it was creative.

ReplyDeleteThe Castle in the Fire is about a castle that is getting set on fire by dragons, and there is a girl stuck in the castle but the knight comes and saves her.
As the winner I choose The Castle in the Fire because it means more and the other poem doesn't even have a rhyme scheme. It's rhyme scheme is AABBCCDDEEFF.

ReplyDeleteThe second poem, The Castle in the Fire, is about a war between the bad guys and the good guys and I think the bad guys castle caught on fire and the good guy ran away with delight.
I chose as the winner, The Castle in the Fire because it was an interesting poem because the bad and the good were fighting and it was also like a short rhyming story. I like how the rhyme scheme was ABABABABABABABABABABABAB. That is why I chose The Castle in the Fire.
The first poem,The Castle in the Fire, was about a castle in a fire with a knight trying to get past the dragon to the lady. He has to fight and fight the dragon till finally he reaches the lady and they ride off together.

The first poem, Do You Carrot All For Me, is about a carrot who loves a vegetable and he is saying things like we make a swell pare and my heart beets for you and the poem was really creative.

Do You Carrot All For Me is about someone asking does the person care at all for her. The poem is talking about how he really likes the girl. The twist on the story is it is like he is talking veggie talk.

The first poem was, The Castle in the Fire, it was about dragons attacking a castle, and a lady was trapped inside. But a knight came to rescue the lady. It was a great fight against the dragon, and the knight. Then when the the smoke cleared, the lady was with the knight and lived happily ever after.

I chose The Castle and The Night because I really liked the rhyming in it. Also I could paint a picture of what was happening in my mind. I thought it was very cute.
Do you carrot all for me is about a guy telling the story and putting food to tell it kind of catchy. The castle in fire is about way back there was castle and a knight was protecting it and the princess and after killing the dragon they rode off into the sun set.

I liked Do You Carrot All For Me because even though it had no rhyme scheme, it used funny little food jokes to paint a picture in your mind of 2 things. Also, it makes you smile a little bit. I also like it because the author creates metaphors between foods and face features.
The first poem, Do You Carrot All For Me, was about a rabbit asking a lady rabbit if she cares about him with food descriptions. The second poem ,The Castle In The Fire, is about a castle with fire in front of the gate and how a gallant night saves the lovely lady in the castle.
