Pretend that you are a wriggly, wiggly, roly-poly puppy, and you have been chosen as a Christmas present for a boy or girl.
First, tell how you feel saying good-bye to your family.Then, describe being placed in a box under the tree.
Finally, write about what it’s like to meet your new friend and owner.
Your paragraph must be at least 5 sentences long and include the following:
- a topic sentence
- supporting details
- complete sentences
- correct spelling, capitalization (M.I.N.T.S.), and end punctuation.
- a closing sentence

If I was a puppy for a christmas present I would be happy but sad to leave my family. I would be placed in a box under a tree and it would be really tight. I would not like it. I would be really curious to see my forever owner. On christmas morning I would be really excited. If I saw my owner I would mow that he would take care of me well. Henry W.

I would be placed under a tree and it will be just the right size in the box and I would be calm. On christmas eve i would be trying to be on the look out for santa and i would be over the top excited. Then on christmas morning i would be waiting for her to unbox me and see my new loving family.The girl i met was very nice then she tought me cool tricks. My new family took care of me well.
DeleteI wouldn't care to say goodbye to my family because I wouldn't even know them well. If I was stuck in a box under the tree I better have a bed. Then in the morning they would pick me up out of the bed I would be grumpy but I wouldn't know what i would be doing. then they would most likely play with me. That's how I would like to spend a day as a dog. - French

ReplyDeleteIf i was a puppy my name would be named Alien. It would be hard to say goodbye to my alien family and cussin's. But after i got kidnapped by a NON ALIEN puppy wearing blue (that's why all puppy's hate mailmen because they took me) i was not happy. But all of it paid because i got to repeat that multiple times because the family put me up for adoption which i don't know why they did that i mean all i did was eat there cat not that big of a deal. I love being in the pound though i get free food wink wink wink wink wink. BEN FLEMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIf i was a puppy and I was placed in a box under a tree I think i would be confuesed on whats going on and why am I in a box? I would also be worried because I am just a baby puppy. But on Christmas morning i would be so happy to see my new friend! But also wonder why they put me in a box! but I would be exited to be with my new family!

If I was a dog and chosen to be a present on Christmas Day my name would be Princess. First my adventure would start on by saying goodbye to my family (there would be lots of tears). Then we would take a car ride to my new family's house with me exploring the car. After that my new owners put a big red bow around my neck and I would try and take it off but would not be able to. Then i'm being lowered into this big dark box that I can't get out of. In the box I hear feet running out toward the box that I am in. Finally the lid is coming of my box and I see a excited young face looking up to me. Then before I knew it I was being whisked out of the box and I am being cuddled.

If I were a puppy I would be named twinkle star. When I left my family I would feel sad but exsided because I would be sad to leave my family but I would be so exsided to go to my new family! When I was under the tree I felt worried because I did not know what my family would be mean, scary, happy,or very lovable.It as very cold in the box but my soft fur ceped me warm.So it's christmas bay today and my new family was so lovable! they cuddled with me, gave me hugs and played with me. It was the best thing a puppy could ever want!

DeleteIf I was a puppy and a present for christmas, I would first give a "woof" to my family and be on my way. Next, I would probably not like being in a box under a tree because that would be very boring. Also I would love my owner or my new friend after I met them. Finally I would want to live a happy life.

If I was going to leave my family I would feel sad. I would not like being under the tree. I would feel very lonley.When I get to meet my new owner I would feel very happy because I was loved on.

If I was a puppy chosen to be a gift for Christmas I would hate leaving my family, and I would be thinking to myself where am I going, why do I have to leave my family, what do they want for me. If I were inside a box under the Christmas tree I would feel scared. I do not know who or what is out there. Also, I would feel alone because I was in a dark box away from my family, and I did not know where I was. When I met my new family I would feel excited. Also, I would feel happy that I got a new home, and that I was not alone anymore. They would name me sprinkles, and I would love it there. They would play with me, hug me, and sleep with me. This is the best family ever!

If i was a puppy I would say goodbye to my dog family and next thang I knew I was in a box with water and a little food. after what felt like a year my box was open and a little boy sat with his eyes wide open. I jumped out and jumped into his arms! He said "a will call you mugs! then we lived happily ever after. George

DeleteIf I was a puppy I would be named Little Fluff because I would be a cute little puppy. I would give a "Woof" and they would "Woof" back. Then, I would be off to be a present. I would maybe like sitting in a box under a tree, but I would probably get bored after a while. Finally I will have waited so long.Finally the box would open and I would see my new owner! Then, I would live a happy and loving life.

If I were a puppy I would be named Da Baby because I would be a baby and it's a good name. I wouldn't bark or do anything bad. My owner would love me so much, they would always give me treats, or walk me. I would be so easy to train. I would be the best puppy!!!
